Abby Moynihan

Teacher

Abby began dancing at the age of three. She spent 13 years training in Massachusetts where she found her love for dance. While there she was given the opportunity to become an assistant teacher. Abby has trained in multiple styles of dance including Tap, Ballet, Jazz, Modern, and Contemporary and is certified in Acrobatic Arts.

She competed locally in Massachusetts for 10 years before moving to Arizona where she continued training and competing until graduating high school. She continued her education at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance and Choreography. UNLV strengthened her technical foundation and she found a passion for choreography. She has continued her training by attending various workshops and festivals including the Phoenix Tap Fest and dance educator conferences.

Fun fact: Abby’s favorite animal is the penguin and she loves to bake in her free time.
